I'd be surprised if it was approaching that in Northern Europe with a convex roof almost designed to reduce effective area and laid flat .... on a sunny mid-summer day maybe close, but averaging over the year and weather conditions..... not a significant asset...... car looks slippery though which is probably more to the point.
