Could be a B-Type: CX Chassis & BMW drive train as the other current Morgans. Engine choice could be the B38B15M0 turbocharged 1.5l inline 3 cylinder engine (100Kw -134hp & 220Nm -162 ft.lbs), Euro-5 & US EPA compliant. Longitudinally mounted (as in BMW F20) powering the rear wheel and attached to BMW manual (or auto dual clutch 7-Sp box with paddle shift for those with a bum left leg).
If the above happens, then I'd guess that the current M3W values will go up as we all love the V-Twin in the front (which is what Morgan wants, to show that their cars offer good value regarding ownership cost, justifying the relatively high purchase cost).
I'd rather see Harley's M8 used (now available as a crate engine, so anyone company can use), US EPA and Euro5 (expected). Water cooled heads version with a rear mounted radiator as on the early water cooled M3W. Just got to sort the Centa drive system.
