Yes the experience was good for Mazilla as well, carefully managed and several people around to watch and assist etc. Funny how none of this is being reported to any decent extent. Occasional twitter style fact on the number but without any "watch how smooth it is" depth to it. No comment on how the number of centres is growing all the time.
They never want to report good news or heaven forbid the Government doing well at something.
My Mum (82 today!) got hers the other weekend, no queue, in and out in 20mins.
