Gary - A$50,000 per car makes sense, explains how they could stay in business on such a low turn over. I do wonder what the dealers pay for the cars from the factory, obvious less than the advertised price but even so I think you are right it will be over A$200,000 for a car here. I had a bit of a search and can't find any new website for the local dealer, even the Morgan Owners Club has a link to the old site.
