I've worked in a lot of offices.
None had parking for everybody. It was based on "entitlement".
At my last office there were probably 80 spaces for 250 staff .
To even think that there would be charging points for every space is cloud cuckoo.
It's fine being an early adopter of EVs when few are fighting for chargers, but there will come a point where selfish owners will sit on a charger all day.
That alone is reason to be cautious
Someone retired with no off road parking is screwed.
