By "soup bowl" do you mean the air filter cover? It looks like a stock Harley fitment, and if so, you can get any number of custom replacements from a long list of vendors. Normally they are stamped steel and chromed, and they are trivial to remove and replace.

Round? Oval? Skull? Carbon fibre? Perhaps a nice spike?
