It's certainly a potential commercial plus for MMC as the numbers of pre CX cars is large. Spares is a combination of Morgan in-house and bought in. Knowing the ID of the latter is an important factor in keeping your car on the road.
Engines....Ford, Rover, Fiat, BMW, Triumph etc.
Gearboxes, clutch......
Brakes....
Talkmorgan, Gomog and others are a mine of info to help, as are after market suppliers. I've used them (Librands, Rimmer, Demon Tweeks, Merlin to name a few). For MMC to hold a huge spares stock is stupidly expensive so hopefully franchising, deals with suppliers etc will emerge. There will be a massive range of spares for all the car variants. Restrictive access that uses big mark up in price is not good. Puts buyers/owners off and creates a negative image. I do hope that pricing is sensible though.
