For me the real focus of this type of spares support shouldn't focus on service items which for most modern Morgans can be sourced anywhere, but more on the supply of unique one off Morgan specific parts and components that are difficult to source, to keep Morgans on the road.
For example PCB's, and Aero window winders to mention a few and so on , some of which may require remanufacturing as original sources have dried up. But that might require tooling costs etc., which have to be recovered and then questions eventual selling price.
