Sorry to read this - I bought my first Plus 8 from Helen (Richards daughter) decades ago now, 31 years actually and once it gets you it's a lifetime affair this Morganing
She was lovely - picked me up from the rail station in a small Fiat and absolutely ragged this thing in a most competent manner, memorable, I hope she is ok I know she lost her Mum a while back and things seemed to regress since that time imho.
I wish the family well as clearly they are struggling given some of the previous posts above here.
