I would advise anyone with a interest/claim in the liquidation to notify the liquidator of that before the Creditors Meeting. Attend the meeting if at all possible, as RIchard Thorne should be in attendance and will be available to answer questions. It will soon be clear as to the size of the liquidation .Where ever possibly make reference to continuing to trade whilst insolvent, wrongful or fraudulent trading as appropriate', especially if cars have gone missing or sold without owner's knowledge or permission then theft and intent to defraud.

These meetings in my experience can get emotional, but stay calm and focus your involvement in not only getting answers regarding your personal situation and making sure your interactions and delays are drawn out for the Liquidators attention to justify as far as possible and state the potential of wrongful and fraudulent trading therefore personal liability of directors to contribute to the liquidation (as appropriate). Use this as an opportunity to focus the Liquidator (as appropriate) on any wrongful or fraudulent trading.

Whilst it is a small recompense, you have the opportunity to make the director squirm (if they care at all) regarding all the discussions , promises etc. made relating to your circumstances,
