If the car is still in your name, and it wasn't ever actually sold to another person........ it's you car.....!!! 🤷🏻♂️ You had the SOR agreement with RTCC, that fact that Thorne's haven't sold it..... it must be returned......🤷🏻♂️ You could have collected it at any time during the agreement. Where ever it is stored, it is your property it is not Richard Thorne's property and the nothing to do with the liquidators as it never belonged to RTCC..........!!!!!
Go and get it........!!!!! Accept NO BULLSHIT.....!!!!! Do not leave without the car.....!!!! IF.......... there's any crap to sort out after you've got your property back..... who cares..... you've got your property back........!
We had a similar issue last summer when were contacted by the liquidators to say a kitchen supplier we had bought a hell of a lot of expensive appliances from suddenly 'went bust'......!! After a bit of searching on the internet I found the owners home address. We jumped in the car and went to confront him..... (I'm large with a shaved head so can pull off 'menacing' when needed😆) It turned out he had all our appliances and had them stored in a unit on a farm some distance away..... we'll have them then.....!!!! We went straight to the unit, loaded up everything that was ours and left him to sort out the mess........
