In the Notice to Creditors, "The business of the Company has been and still is being marketed for sale as a whole or on a break up basis. The preferred sale is for the business to remain intact as a whole.".

I see from their website that the agent acting on behalf of New Elms, states that it is sold STC. Does anyone know if that is as a going concern, or is another party capitalising on the prominent location for some other kind of business ?

"Classic Car Business For Sale, Shaftesbury, Dorset. Sold STC. Asking Price: £530,000. Turnover: £850,000. Net Profit: Undisclosed"
