wow, to quote the famous line from the movie jaws,
"we're going to need a bigger boat"
OK, let's all give each other big, debris covered, imperfection loving hugs and realize we are all here and passionate for the same reasons, we love automobiles. The old ones, the new ones, the 4 wheeled ones, and even those crazy ass 3 wheeled ones. Sadly it's that same passion that can drive us crazy as we are so emotional about such things.
I never meant for this thread to turn in to this as to be honest I wrote it after a really really shitty week that ended in me losing my wallet and while i was trying to backtrack for my wallet it seemed the shift knob, oversized mats, and bevel box rattles all decided to stare me directly in the eyes as if to taunt me and I just kind of snapped.
That being said, i still think morgan as well as the community can benefit from an open dialogue about things that we have personally come in to contact with as it pertains to production issues. I think an open community with an attitude towards improvement, and openness to suggestions is a stronger community.
There's tons of nuanced he said she said things and comparisons that we could all get in to about things that have been said on this thread but i don't think that gets us anywhere and as m3boy pointed out, it's sad to see things get to that level.
I'm going to ask that the mods lock this thread and once i've got some responses from morgan and my dealer (full of glorious solutions and fixes of course) I'll update everyone on them and we can see how we can help those others who might be working through similar issues.
Long story short, big group hug and i love you all. including the flawed but wildly lovable 3 wheeler i just took across the golden gate bridge and enjoyed about 30 minutes of lovely morning driving as I needed to clear my head.
