It's interesting that you have Toyos on your BMW. I got Pirelli 255/45 R20 on my Audi. Still not sure if that changes the grip or slip on my M3W but convinced that the dimension will not fit the TW.
Four wheel drive or one wheel drive provides a slight difference in road behaviour I noticed yesterday when I put some milage on the Threewheeler. The Moggy had a strong tendency of oversteering which I did not notice driving the Audi on the same roads.
