Possibly not - I bet it would be a LOT more if you wanted work done in the Maranello or Sant' Agata factory facility rather than by any authorised Ferrari or Lamborghini service agent.
That said, I completely understand your emphasis on preventative upgrades and maintenance - I would do the same if I lived so far from someone who could service it. I hope you have a great time on your tour.
