The Morgan company customer service is terrible!

I'm not sure that information is available, if it is available then it is "classified" and released on a "need to know" basis. Customers don't need to know. Dealers may be informed, but possibly only when there is a z in the month or on the 32nd of each month.
I suspect that they are preparing us for when it is outsourced to Mumbai....
