Like even the speed limit itself, it’s such a one dimensional solution to the problem of people driving beyond their capabilities.unfortunately legislators look for the lowest common denominator and we all have to be treated like incompetent drivers, because some of us are.
I’m sure I already have a beeper in my car which alerts me of a selected speed limit, but since I have incredible combined senses including working eyeballs and my car has a speedometer, I never need to use the beeper.
