There are some v good points being made here - and by Merlin.
The three action point suggestions are v good!
BUT there are and have been wide ranging issues with the M3W - that cannot and should not be ignored or mimimised.
1000 owners bought cars with dare I suggest the right/reasonable expectations. I have never owned a car - and I have owned a lot - that has so many inbuilt problems. The M3W had so much going for it - its just a great shame that the ongoing problems are causing a cancer of understandable dissent to spread.
That said I do think that the "early" cars are fixable. Its just a long journey - and for some too frustrating and expensive to want to cope with. MMC do not help themselves with poor communication and weak customer care.
