There does seem to be a groundswell of support for an extended warranty.
What good is an extended warranty if;
1) you don't have access to a dealer.
2) your local dealer is reluctant or refuses to do repairs because Morgan does not compensate them for the proper amount of time to do the work.
3) parts are not available for months at a time.
4) Morgan continues to use substandard parts to replace broken ones unless owners pay to upgrade (centa compensator, comfort steering package, bevel box noise isolation, cooling fan etc).
If we're going to live in dreamland that Morgan will step up and do something, I'd settle for half my purchase price refunded. At least then I could buy parts, fabricate or reengineer the substandard stuff needed.Extending the warranty would be nice but without addressing the root issues it's just a bandage to a failing system.
