I think Mr. Merlin did make some interesting points, and I would also like to know what all the other cars are performing like. I really cannot believe that they are all prepared to put up with the atrocious bump steer for instance, even if their cars have been 100% reliable.

In fairness, the two Three Wheelers I have owned have been pretty reliable, the second one only needing a bevel box, though bear in mind the 1st one only covered 1000 miles, and my current one has now done around 2000 miles, but there is no doubt that the basic engineering is fundamentally flawed, and the factory are doing precious little to fix things in a hurry, or, if they are, they like to keep all the good stuff to themselves, and do not believe in communication - a basic fundamental in keeping customers happy.

My feeling is that the factory are so busy and understaffed, that they just cannot get around to doing everything they need to do, the intention is there, but not the time. The difficulty is that their customers will get pissed off eventually, even with huge best will in the world, which, luckily the MMC does have, however their goodwill won't last forever at this rate, they really need to step up their game, maybe Donald's suggestion of an open letter may do it, although I suspect that Steve Morris is doing everything he can, since his promotion to MD, to improve things, it just isn't enough. Sales will soon suffer, and residuals of early cars are already tumbling because no one wants to touch them, I suspect even cars with the 2014 mods will be hard to sell at anything like a realistic price.

Sadly, I can't really see any light at the end of the tunnel at the moment.
