I just like to say that I have never had any problems contacting Morgan, customer service and staff have always been very prompt either calling me back or returning my e-mails. I think the only time there has been a delay is when I've sent them off to see if the impossible can be done, but they have always come back and said no thats impossible to fit wings that work
Just remember when calling hold the phone the right way round or once you've typed an e-mail press send
