Selecting the best rubber for the M3W rear roller is an interesting question.
Given its importance to grip I'd be tempted to go for something like an all weather Vredstein, but it might not last that long and changing the tyre isn't easy.
On the subject of changing the rear tyre I wonder, does the M3W rear hub support a modern run flat tyre? If it is compatible then I'd be very tempted....
Be interested to know what you choose.
