usually I get no reaction in the first go.
so I write a second or third request - and maybe then I get a reply.

this happens regardless of whether I use the general contact form or even send an email to a specific addressee @ M.

where I work, we give customers a reply within 24 hours. maybe only that the request had been received and that someone is taking care of it. but at least one gets a reply.

cant help it - but this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
