I think, like it or not, the press deem it worthy as the picture shows the partner of the PM breaking the Italian Covid rules, whilst he sets the English/Welsh Covid rules for us to obey. Taken after the Cummings saga and his fathers Greece trips it does not reflect well on the PM if even his own family and close advisors break the rules/ignore advice
