She ought to be ashamed of herself, second house transaction that has been questionable as to motivation and paying the due taxes. The Government even has a web site that calculates the amount due on the transaction.....not very hard to calculate unless you are upto some form of tax avoidance.Part of a government that means tested the winter fuel allowance, introduced IHT for farmers..........shame, shame. shame. on her.
