Thank you for taking the time to reply on here, I think everyone recognises MMC shouldn't respond publicly to individuals problems, so the information you make mention of should be an extra avenue for anyone that wishes to take that offer up.
Back in January this year I was fortunate enough to come along to Pickersleigh Road for a customer feedback session, something which I think was very productive.
My question now is, would you be willing to host a further, similar, session in the Autumn?
If so, it would allow for a frank exchange of views and offer a further opportunity for owners to perhaps understand more than present and maybe achieve more than speculating on an open forum.
For overseas owners, it would be an opportunity to be heard via fellow owners who live a little closer, with many questions able to be read out on their behalf.
I would be willing to act as a liaison should this is acceptable.
Does anyone else have any views on this..?
