OK, we have identified the issues, in themselves pretty obvious, but more importantly is what can be done, and who does it.
I know that Steve Morris is aware of all this, and he himself goes out of his way to do his best, but is let down by some of his staff, either because they don't have the physical time or they don't really care.
Maybe Steve needs to know from our point of view just who is good and who isn't. I note that in Philips posts about getting his Three Wheeler out to NZ he has left out some relevant names, should names actually be left in, and if the same ones keep cropping up, then management will know where to make a start?
