Thanks for the explanation John. I wrongly assumed that our M3W's being car derived, fell into that category.

A little concerned the powers that be are grouping M3W's with motorcycles though albeit just for vehicle approval. This especially given the debacle in the US where motorcycle headlight spacing rules are forced upon M3W's.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised given the taxation class is private/light goods doh
