The US used to be very hot on vehicles that were not up to scratch, perhaps its time that the authorities started to take an interest and made MMC responsible for their vehicles.

Interesting that with only 1100-1200 units being produced and not many of these making it to the US that the US "authorities" should take an interest to make a UK company responsible.........
Perhaps one of you Gents near the factory could initiate a class action law suit on behalf of all owners. Certainly it would be easier for someone in the same region to accomplish this rather than someone on the other side of the world.
