It will be interesting to see how the M3W will go in Australia once it finally reaches design standards set by the government.
We do not have the Morgan agents here that are everywhere else, and in Western Australia it can be 200 - 400km between towns.
I believe the rules for imported vehicles in America are a little different, and dont have the same stringent import requirements that we have. I found this out with my Mazda, as it had a recall in the states because the manafacturer is responsible for issues as they occur and they have to fix all vehicles up. In Australia the warranty works a little different because they only fix your car if it breaks they dont have to notify all owners it is an issue. Not sure if this applies to low import number vehicles like the M3W in the US.
If I was buying a low production bespoke type vehicle, I would not have stumbled onto this site, it would have probably be the first place I found with a good old fashioned Google.
These issues have been around for 2 and a half years, the fact people still keep buying the car even though there are enough warnings out there says something. Had people stopped and refused to purchase faulty goods, something may have happened sooner.
If you dont think the car is sound, then dont buy the bloody thing its not rocket science. Dont blame it on the salesman or on the factory propaganda, blame it on your lack of research.
