When the dealer chases the factory they just get the stock answer that the parts are on back order, someone at the factory must know when parts are due why can't they divulge that info. At the moment I do not know whether I am waiting days or weeks.
That would really rile me. I assume the true answer would be weeks but if they say 'back order' they don't run the risk of being shouted at.
