My main gripe is the continued lack of communication and information from the factory, this goes right back to ordering the car. The car was ordered in Dec 2011 with a build slot in early 2013, this came and went and despite chasing no information was forthcoming, then out of the blue a call to say if you want to see your car in build you had better go to the factory this week, which I duly did it was then another 4 weeks before the car appeared at the dealer.

At the 1000 mile service the compensator was replaced a 4 week round trip to the factory.

At 4200 miles the bevel box which was quiet had an oil seal leak it took 6 weeks to get a replacement bevel box from the factory and they could not tell the dealer when one would be available.

Now at 5200 mile the car went in 4 weeks ago for the NVH and comfort pack upgrades which had taken the dealer 8 weeks to get from the factory. The dealer then found that the replaced bevel box was again leaking oil after only 1000 miles. A bevel box was delivered within 1 week, but on fitting the comfort pack the wrong parts had been supplied, which apparently are on back order with no known delivery date. When the dealer chases the factory they just get the stock answer that the parts are on back order, someone at the factory must know when parts are due why can't they divulge that info. At the moment I do not know whether I am waiting days or weeks.
