Alan we are in the same boat, I'm 3 weeks away from getting mine and my order was placed as soon as I had confirmation of the 2014 upgrades.
In the last few months, however, many M3W from TMers have been "shot down" with problems and people that started their journeys with their M3Ws have returned home without them.
My car is ready or so my dealer tells me. I'm not sure what improvements have meanwhile been made or indeed if my car features them all (it's an ongoing process so you never know if a car that was started to be built 30 days ago has all the new parts from a car that is about to sart being built.
Oh and, compared to most M3W's, my own features two problematic sets of parts:
- Suplex Suspension kit - (fronts are reported to have a clearance problem to the exhausts; rears are reported to be impossible to set right, they are too hard)
- Brooklands Exhausts - (reported to shear off after not many miles)
So, I am anxious, hoping Morgan remains proud of the cars they sell and don't want my opinion from their product to change about 180º (I am the proud owner of a 2010 +4, I drive and race it since new and never had even the slightest hint of a problem. A really good car).
We will see. Keep watching this forum, one month from now I'm supposed to be arriving at Portugal already, and you may be sure that, whatever happens (hopefully all GOOD things and GREAT experiences) I will report here.
