Wilson, as your new chassis is post 2014 you're not affected.
+1 on Hugo's comment, none of the dealers seem to know anything yet.
Agreed for the chassis but the pedal box is a different issue. Mine has the laser cut pedals. I have emailed Dave Cartwright to ask if this might have been looked at when they did the total rebuild.

PS depending on how urgent the whole issue is, I could remove my pedal box in October down at where my M3W has its winter holidays and send that to Malvern to be checked and modified if required. If it is urgent, I am back in the UK for close to three weeks mid July to early August and I could bring the pedal box with me.
