I agree Rich. I listened to Mark Drakeford’s press/ info session lunchtime. A Q&A with press representatives and he was pretty clear on points he was asked about. Also as clear as sensible on the exit from lockdown. He stressed a managed, monitored, non date specific pathway with close communication with unions, business, parents, other groups. He was also unhappy about the lack of close communication from Westminster as he backed a UK strategy as a preference yet for the last week nothing has come. Hence the worry about people crossing the border for NON ESSENTIAL reasons, just for days out etc..
The golf club I am a member of opened on Wednesday but with quite strict rules. Personally I will leave it a bit longer and start back by using the practice range not actual playing. I play with the seniors which is a potentially vulnerable group. I think some of them will stay away much longer as they are even more vulnerable due to medical issues. How long for? Who knows. It depends on staying away from a resurgence and if a vaccine is developed.
It is about 5 miles away so no long drive.
