There is a lot of discussion about moving to phase 2 in Italy at the moment. There is a lot of pressure from financial interests, businesses etc. to start lifting restrictions. Some of the provisions proposed (leaked or supposition?) are almost worse than what we have now.

Separation and perspex shields required between tables and individual dinners in restaurants and bars
Over 65s to remain in quarantine. swear

Many people are worried that the financial considerations will win over public health and that the still fragile improvements will be reversed. Older people are particularly concerned because they feel they may be sacrificed.
