So to sum up
On 30 April he self isolated
On 31 April DC went 250 miles without stopping whilst suffering from a virus that went on to totally debilitate him and his wife (according to her Spectator article) or he did stop (we don’t know) and he risked infecting others.
He went in case he needed childcare support but didn’t need it. He did need shopping though and he obviously can’t get that delivered in London.
It’s a sad indictment that he has no friend or family for 250 miles even though his brother in law lives in London and none of the Tory party, currently springing to his defence could be relied on.
On 1 May the police spoke to his father on the phone, he and a Downing St representative say they didn’, his father says he did
On 5 April he was playing with his son outside the house, again according to the Spectator, a somewhat miraculous recovery as he had collapsed and was in spasms.
12 April He popped to Barnard Castle, outside of the seven day lockdown so that’s fine(ish) if it was for exercise although he wasn’t well enough to return to work which he couldn’t do from home (he wasn’t at home).
13 April drove back to London.
14 April back at Downing St
19 April popped back to the North East another 500 mile round trip.
25 April The Spectator publishes his wife’s article on self isolation and coming out of it in a London during a pandemic.
The Tories say there is absolutely nothing wrong with any of his actions
Now BJ is not a details man and other than one farcical public broadcast and appearing at PMQ he has been invisible but surely even he can see this isn’t going well especially during a time the Government is losing control of the whole Coronavirus narrative
