Probably true. I rarely travel more than 200 miles in a day ... but on those rare occasions an EV is no use to me. An EV could therefore never be my only car.


In which case you'd stop at a supercharger for 10 minutes - it's not that much different to petrol to be honest. I think there are 650 Tesla superchargers in the UK and all very well spread out - so travelling 200 miles means you'd probably pass one nearby.
