Something to do with the cost of parts and the delays, apparently if they are damaged it can take weeks and the insurance company has to fork out for a hire car.
Does that sound true? I've never heard it before.

He could be a high risk driver maybe? I've just done an on-line quote for a Model 3 Long Range and the cheapest offering was £280 from LV.
