Lots of options for cassette to cd easily available. For instance £15 on eBay buys a new little cassette player with usb output to your computer to write cd.
Lots of more sophisticated bits and bobs available.
All very time consuming though and end quality not as good as, e.g., Spotify.
You have to really want to do it...
