I wish. We have a 1990 3 bed bungalow with decent insulation and the annual cost is north of £2k with the thermostat set at 19.5C. And a log burner used a bit.

Leaks like a seive. Very MMC albeit its energy / heat that it leaks not water.
I really dont understand it. The standard of wall insulation is good though the windows are the old narrow gap double glazing. Roof insulation is good as well so where is it all going?
