I seem to remember a few years ago that someone here had a brake pedal go south on them. I think the hole in the sheet metal pedal tore out and the pedal became loose.
It could have been the clutch pedal, but it just seems that it was the brake pedal.
The new design had better bushings and thicker metal in the pivot rod area and should be a lot stronger.
Either pedal going south would be a disaster and not time to look for a plan B, in most cases.
My brake pedal broke , luckily for me it happened while Krazy Horse were pumping the brakes during a fluid change . I had the early type with the M3W cut out . I seem to remember it happened at the pivot rod connection .
