I'd just like to add that Mike Edwards in Williams Morgan deserves a medal for going the extra mile to look after Mario. I'll let Mario explain later, but whether or not the spaniels did their usual thing, Mike really has shown why the dealership has such a great reputation!

I'll second that: Mike is a great guy who retains a sense of humour, understands Morgans and their foibles and never ever forgets what customer service is all about.
Williams Morgan works because of the personalities in the team. None of them have the background or education typically found in the Motor Trade. They all understand exactly where the money comes from. Us.
