Mine touches, just, (on full compression) on one side, but not the other. I have the Spax Adjustables. I wound the height back up to pretty much where it came from the factory but this was still too tight. I then loosened the offending header pipe and exhaust mounts and gave the pipe a little 'lift', as there's some adjustable movement in the pipe-to-cylinder head interface. Tightened all back up and now the shock only just 'kisses' the pipe in extremis, so I left it at that.
I have the Empire Kit risers to get my straight track arms.
All these setups are different, so there is no guaranteed 'fix' that will apply consistently to ALL cars I fear.
