As updated in the "Brooklands Exhausts" thread, the portuguese dealer has received another set of exhausts for my M3W, let's hope this one is the real deal.
The other major issue I have is still unsolved though. I'm talking about the Suplex front suspension that clearly doesn't fit the car. With both cars in Lisbon now I took a picture of them in the garage and then decided to do a sequence of pictures (that I have sent to the dealer) so it becomes clear to anyone still in doubt that something's wrong.
So, the car is stopped, in a leveled ground, nobody is sitting on it, nothing is being done to load or unload a suspension that is, shall we say, at rest.
And, as can be seen, the right side exhaust is in contact on top of the Suplex shock/spring. It's not a case of insufficient clearance, it's a case of "NO" clearance at all.
