This is from SUPLEX. In an email I got sent when I was in the Caramulo Motorfestival, therefore about two to three weeks after I collected my car.

The Morgan factory have an 'up lift' conversion (M3W front) we designed for the 'none existent' exhaust change. They claim there have been no changes to the profile or routing of the pipe.
However we have had to create a redesigned spring 20mm shorter and a revised adjustable platform to complement this which is a single unit locked by a grub screw. It raises the lower end of the spring 20mm which make a big difference relative to the exhaust. No change in ride height. AERO RACING (spare dept) have these available.


Now, one has to wonder the reason that made MMC give me a car with - shall we call them - "the fat Mk1 edition" of the Suplex shocks if they knew there was a clearance problem and had already new - shall we call them - "thin Mk2 edition" - Suplex shocks.
