I thank you all for the kind words. As I've always done I will follow the proper channels so what I did today was to send a very detailed email to my dealer, in the hope that this course of action will bring me a(nother) new left side exhaust in a matter of days.
I think the old saying should be amended to "The Saint's have the patience of a Mario"
You may have already done so but a copy of the email to Steve Morris and to Mark Evans couldn't hurt.
Also I agree with DaveW that this is a issue which should be aired at the M3W focus group and I'll be happy to do this for you.
