As an overseas owner, nine hours drive away from the nearest competent main Morgan dealer, the obvious (and probably cheapest) answer for those of us just needing the pedal box job (I have a new chassis already), is just to send us out a replacement pedal box or just the replacement clutch and brake pedals with their pivot pin and new clevis pins. I had a look this morning and getting the pedal box/assembly out is just a question of removing the 2 master cylinder clevis pins on the pedals, the 4 master cylinder holding bolts, the throttle cable and then the hex socket screws holding down fixings. I suspect removing these last fixings, may be a two man job unless they have captive nuts or a tapped plate on the underneath of the floor. Any competent local garage could do that job.
