Hi Oz 4/4 I made contact with the agent here in NZ and after some time he got a response from MMC. We sent photos of the brake pedal and it was acknowledged that the upgrade was needed and fix was to forwarded.
That was quite some time ago! Nothing seen as yet!
That's appalling and should be reported to NZ and UK authorities as a significant safety issue.
