Well having just watched the interview and attempting to be as open minded as possible I think he fell short of standards.
The standards I am referring to are those set by Prince Andrew in his recent faux-pas. I think he just put an Exocet in both him and Doris. Not certain what will come of this.

The Chief Constable of Manchester this morning on the Today programme said that going for a drive was not a conventional way of getting your eyes tested, indeed potentially an offense, of driving whilst knowingly medically impaired. I can see drunk drivers in future telling policemen that they weren't sure if they were too drunk to drive, so thought they'd better go for a spin to check.
I just put a bet on K.S. for the next P.M. not as a political gesture but just as a reaction to the way this seems to be heading.
Unlike Peter J, I agree with you. think there's a strong possibility that come the next election there will be plenty of voters who are fed up of the Trumpian lies and bullshit of Boris Johnson; the many voters who would have liked to vote Labour but were put off by the prospect of Jeremy Corbyn can happily vote for a man who is no demagogue, but a safe pair of hands.
